1. Open www.rmc.gov.in web portal on your browser.
2. Hover to Carpet Area Search.
3. Drill down and Select carpet area calculation/Rules.
4. Click on the carpet area calculation/Rules.
5. Select ward number and Enter the Property Number/Mobile Number.
6. Click Search.
7. Click on Detail on the right side.
8. Find the Property Details - carpet area, tax rate, age factor, usage/const. type Factor, Occupancy factor.
